These cocktails are (were...) to die for!!! They are made by Cristian Guitti from The Barman Project and served at the gorgeous Fusion Bar in Florence, Italy.
Cristian is so creative, you won't believe it! He combines unusual ingredients in his cocktails, making them truly unforgettable. Ginger, cucumber, celery, honey, limoncello... you name it.
You can simply tell him what you like and don't like and he'll come up with a personalized cocktail. Or you can just pick one from the very extended drinks menu. They complement the fusion dishes perfectly.
