I Looove... Baseball caps

Baseball caps... they're part of my hat-addiction! And have been so for a very long time. Originally designed as part of the baseball uniform, to protect player's eyes from the sun, today the baseball cap is used in many other sports, the military and daily life as well.

The baseball cap has become a fashion accessory and a very effective marketing tool! Remember Dutch model Daphne Deckers supporting her future husband Richard Krajicek, when he was playing the finals at Wimbledon in 1996? Or Tiger Woods with his Nike caps playing the field?

In Formula One baseball caps have conquered an important place as well: they're worn by drivers, mechanics, grid girls, wives and girlfriends. Think Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa. 

And let's be honest, a baseball cap looks so much better than the traditional headband (tennis) or beanie (ice-skating and skiing)!
