Beachclub Wij, Scheveningen

Beachclub Wij in Scheveningen was founded in 2005 and has won several awards for best beachclub in The Netherlands. “Wij” is part of a small chain of restaurants, owned by Young Horeca. Each and every one of them has been quite succesful from the start.

If you want to enjoy a relaxing day on the beach, far away from the busy boulevard and busloads of tourists, ”Wij” is the place to go to. Because it’s not only the perfect spot to see and be seen, but also to bring your children! 

Beachclub Wij has all the equipment to keep the kids entertained. From a playground structure on the beach (slides, playhouse, etc.) to beach toys to several children’s meals… they've got it all. The only disadvantage is that you will be having a hard time taking them home!

Not that you ever wanna go home… Beachclub Wij offers a laidback atmosphere and a no-nonsense menu: great seafood, salads, tournedos, pasta & pizza, finger food, an extensive winelist, including Bolla, champagne by Moët et Chandon and even Amarone!

“Wij” throws monthly parties for a hip young crowd, but they tend to a more mature clientele as well. How about a breakfast buffet on sunday morning with your family or a high tea with your girlfriends?
A BBQ for your business partners is another possibility.

By the way “Wij” is also a wedding spot! You’ll have the chance to take your vows overlooking the sea… Can it get any better? I don’t think so!
