Cupcakes, macarons, chocolate truffles, scones with clotted cream... in other words, a 'High Tea'... don't you just love it? I do! The delicacies shown here were prepared by The College Hotel, in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The College Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of Amsterdam. The hotel is located in a former school, hence the name. Actually it's still sort of a school, as it happens to be a teaching hotel where young students are trained by representatives from the catering and hospitality industry, in order to improve their education.
I absolutely love the place! Decorated with so much class and warmth, it's the perfect place for a city trip, a romantic dinner, a business lunch or -as you can see on the photos- a high tea. Cheers!
