People... dressed in neon colours

Neon colours can be subtle as well, as long as you combine them with simple basics, like a black or white skirt or a pair of jeans. You can also use just one neon coloured accessory, like the hat I'm wearing. Or keep it "ton sur ton", like my friend Annika, who's dressed in pink from head to toe.
