Museo de la Farmacia Habanera, Havana, Cuba

If you're traveling to Havana, Cuba and you would like to see something else than the usual tourist spots, then you must pay a visit to the "Museo de la Farmacia Habanera"!

This huge but beautiful farmacy, was founded in 1886 by the José Sarrá and is (funny enough) still functioning and open to the public. It's located close to the Plaza Vieja, easy to find, entrance is free and it makes for a great photo opportunity!

Many tourist guides will tell you to go to Farmacia Taquechel, situated in Calle Obispo, but "Museo de la Farmacia Habanera" is much bigger and more impressive I would say.
