YSL Duo Terriblement Noir

The black nailpolish "Duo Terriblement Noir" pays homage to one of Yves Saint Laurent's masterpieces, Le Smoking! In 1966 a tuxedo for women was a controversial fashion statement... the same goes for black nail polish in 2011. But I'm sure that's about to change! How cool is this?!

Duo Terriblement Noir nail polish is part of the terribly hip Christmas 2011 make-up collection which was created by LLoyd Simmonds. It should be applied matte on the entire nail surface, glossy on the tips (think a French manicure, only black). I think it looks best with a simple LBD or of course... a tuxedo.
