Pastis, The Hague, The Netherlands

Bistro Pastis is a Parisian style restaurant in the centre of The Hague. Great if you're done with all the fusion cuisine that they seem to have almost everywhere these days!
Pastis serves traditional french dishes like steak tartare, escargots, onion soup and salade niçoise. Don't like meat or fish? They have a salad with goat cheese and a lovely veggie quiche on the menu as well.

On the wine list you'll find beautiful wines: various Champagnes, Chablis, Saint Emilion, etc.
Owners Leander & Sylvia are happy to assist you choosing the right wine with your meal.

Pastis always gives me the feeling that I'm on holiday...in France.... even if it's a normal weekday (and it's raining)! Not only thanks to their great hospitality, but also because of the lighting, that makes Pastis a very romantic and cosy spot.

For special occasions or business meetings, you can have dinner at the private dining room across the street, called Pastille. For more information, please visit: http://www.pastis.nl/
