Cabana Capri

Cabana Capri is one of the prettiest home decor stores I have ever seen! Owner Helen White, a former editor for (U.S.) Vogue and Harper's Bazaar, really knows how to seduce you with the most incredible home decor items and fashion accessories.

Cabana Capri offers bamboo cutlery, rattan placemats, mouth blown glassware from Murano/Venice, Mediterranean tableware, appetizer plates, embroidered napkins, as well as objects that can be used as centerpieces.... it's just too much to mention.

If you're going to Capri and you're looking for a unique gift, for example for a wedding, the hostess of a dinner party, or for yourself, this is the place to be. I literally wanted to buy everything in the store!! Especially the water carafe with koalas and the gilded seashell salt cellars blew my mind...

Cabana Capri also has a younger sibling... Cabana St. Moritz. Read all about it in one of my previous articles: Cabana St. Moritz

The Hague Art & Antique Days 2019

The Hague Art & Antique Days is a yearly event which I absolutely love!! Located on the romantic Lange Voorhout, under the trees, this antique market is something you must see for yourself. There's live music, a cute little French café, selling coffee, wine, sandwiches, as well as Dutch poffertjes (small pancakes). There's an italian gelato stand... nice for the kids! And then of course the best part.... all those antique and vintage treasures. Make sure you bring your wallet, because it's practically impossible to leave without buying anything! Some vendors accept debit cards, others cash only (but there's a cash machine close by, ING bank at Toernooiveld 6).
